SHIPPING POLICY
Dear Beloved Customer,
Our Tudung Sdn. Bhd. would like to assure you that order processing operation will still take place with minimal manpower during this period. Do expect some delay in your orders.
As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to you home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub. Alternative pick-up/deliveries will be arranged by our courier partner should your area/location is restricted or non-accesible.
As always, please take an extra miles precaution to keep yourselves safe and healthy during this season. We will try our best to make sure that our services still giving you a pleasant experience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Our Tudung, we will make sure all our product is process and shipped in good condition. However, should there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product purchased online within 14 days of received date. All return will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and return in the exact condition upon purchased with tag attached. Be sure to include the original invoice for transaction proof.

Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you want to exchange with the different price from the original product, we will not refund upon the balance.

Following reasons will not be considered as a valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as “I changed my mind”, "I choose wrong size" (for apparel) or “I don’t want it anymore”.

Purchase made via our Online store only are entitle for a return and exchange to our HQ.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund and exchange policy.
